The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Codes of Ukraine concerning Responsibility for Artificial Formation of a Land Plot without Relevant Licensing Documents" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.3134) envisages administrative and criminal responsibility for unauthorized artificial formation of a land plot without necessary project documentation and license by means of alluvium, land fill or any other method.

The Bill introduces relevant amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Criminal and Criminal Procedural Codes of Ukraine.
